The short answer is: yes! Here is the process:
1. You and your fiancee apply for your license at any MA city clerk. (fees vary, paid directly to the clerk)
2. I meet with you and your fiancee to "officially" solemnize your marriage. I file the license with the clerk. Fee: $200
3. I attend your wedding in CT to officiate. There is no license required. Fee: $200, plus round trip travel ($50)
